Feature:
This machine is a four-side sealing packaging machine integrating
manual feeding (bundles gloves to the storage bin), automatic
traction, automatic heat sealing, and automatic interruption. It is
suitable for outer bag packaging of disposable PE gloves, clipped 2
pieces or unclipped 2 pieces gloves for a 1 pair pack.
1. The machine is standard designed with central folding for 6
times, which will be more precisely and suitable for takeaway
pocket pack, it is full automatic packing machine, only manual put
bundles gloves to the machine, very easy to operate and simple,
save in labor cost and time.
2. Independent temperature control controls the temperature,
compatible for more different quality packing films, such as
0.03-0.06 BOPP Film, 0.03-0.06 CPP film or 0.04-0.08 composite
film, widely used in different industries with different
requirements. Save in film cost.
3. Fault self-diagnosis function, clear fault display. Once there
are failures, will alert & stop the machine, show the fault in the
display screen, operators just follow the fault code to elimate the
faults according, very easy and simple to operate and maintain.
4. Large storage bin, compatible for different glove sizes. Since
the upgraded machine with high speed of 110-130 pack per miumte,
dedicated big bin to store 1500 pairs per time, will alert if not
enough gloves.
5. The machine is compitable for different glove sizes from 240 -
295mm length, it very easy to fix placement for automatic folding
and packing.
6. This newest upgraded machine is fully cotrolled by the servo
motors, more stable running, high productivity and beautiful
packing effect.
