3. Workbench for extruder is 750mm from floor, easy for operators to replenish materials. Extruders can be increases according to buyer's color and weight requirements.
4. Extrusion Outlet will be with model to control the extruded shape, size as requested. One machine will be with one model, other shape or size can be achieved by changing models, which is very easy to change. And settings can be change from PLC settings.
5. Extruder is linking with packing machine, extruding then cutting and packing, no manual intervention. Full automatic and very safe in operation. Packing machine mode will be different according to the packing size and weight. Separate PID control to temperature, suitable for various packing materials
6. Applications: Light clay, color clay, plasticine, sealing clay, crystal mud, play dough, pottery clay and other special clay extruding and packaging. Can be pillow bag packing and barrel packing.
