Machine Stucture:

Stretch film packing machine is major group by 2 parts,

First is Stretching and Forming - The flat film with stretchability is laminated to the heating plate to advance the temperature of the film to add plasticity to the film, and then the film is stretched into the same shape as the mold by compressed air and pumping.

Second is Heating and Wrapping - After the upper film and the lower film are assembled, the air inside the film is extracted to form a vacuum condition, and the upper film touches the heat sealing plate above, which is heated by the heat of the heat sealing plate to melt the heat sealing layer material of the upper and lower films, and then after pressure kneading, the upper and lower films are bonded together to become a whole to ensure that the product packaging does not leak.

Others - Lower film unwinding, upper film unwinding, printing film cursor tracking, date printing, horizontal and vertical cutting knife, running chain, etc.

Machine Details:

1. Film Stretching The lower film is first mounted on the reel and driven to the forming area by the running of the chain.
2. Stretching and Forming When the lower film runs below the forming plate, the lower film is heated by the heating plate and then the film is stretch to form the shape of the mold to prepare for next material filling.
3. Material Filling Workers place the products into the lower film cavity of the stretch molding manually and then run by the chain to the next link.
4.Upper Film Covering The upper film will cover the lower film cavity after placing the material, thus forming a form of packaging by wrapping the product with the upper and lower films.
5. Vacuum sealing Heat sealing and vacuuming of the product
6. Printing date Pring date as client's requirements
7. Product Segmentation The cutter will cut the product horizontally and then longitudinally,then the finished product is complete
